JOB PURPOSE:

1. E-COMMERCE STRATEGY & P&L;

- Develop and execute Geekens e-commerce growth strategy across D2C and marketplaces.
- Own online revenue, GMV, margins, contribution and annual/quarterly business targets.
- Identify new digital channels and revenue opportunities.

2. MARKETPLACE & D2C

- Lead Geekens presence across Amazon, Flipkart, Pepperfry, Urban Ladder, WoodenStreet and other

relevant platforms.
- Own marketplace relationships, commercial negotiations, assortment and visibility.
- Drive D2C website growth, conversion, customer experience and retention.

3. DIGITAL MARKETING & CUSTOMER ACQUISITION

- Drive performance marketing, SEO, CRM, social, content and digital campaigns.
- Optimise CAC, ROAS, conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Build a strong organic and paid acquisition engine.

4. CATEGORY, PRICING & MERCHANDISING

- Develop online assortment, product architecture, pricing and promotional strategy.
- Drive product launches, online merchandising and category growth using customer and market insights.

5. SUPPLY CHAIN & CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE

- Work with Manufacturing, SCM and Finance on demand planning, inventory and fulfilment.
- Improve delivery timelines, cancellations,



returns and installation experience.

6. OMNICHANNEL

- Integrate digital with Geekens showrooms, dealers and distribution network.
- Develop online-to-offline and offline-to-online customer journeys.

7. DATA & ANALYTICS

- Build a concise e-commerce dashboard covering revenue, margin, traffic, conversion, CAC, ROAS, AOV, inventory and customer metrics.
- Use data to drive pricing, assortment, marketing and business decisions.

8. TEAM & LEADERSHIP

- Build and lead the e-commerce organisation across marketplace, D2C, digital marketing, merchandising, CRM and analytics.
- Work closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, Manufacturing, SCM, Finance and Technology.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:

- 20-25 years of overall experience, with 15+ years in E-commerce / D2C / Marketplace leadership.
- Experience in Furniture, Home, Lifestyle, Consumer Durables or other high-consideration consumer categories preferred.
- Proven experience scaling an e-commerce business and owning commercial/P&L; outcomes.
- Robust exposure to both D2C and marketplaces, with experience managing significant digital revenue and cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of performance marketing, CRM, SEO, analytics and e-commerce technology.
- MBA / PGDM preferred. Certifications or exposure in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta, SEO, Shopify/Magento or equivalent platforms are an advantage.
