Role & responsibilities

- Lead development of new cosmetic and personal-care products.

- Formulate and improve skincare, haircare, and color-cosmetic products.

- Manage R&D; team, trials, stability testing, and scale-up.

- Ensure products meet quality, safety, regulatory, and performance requirements.

- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Regulatory, Procurement, and Marketing teams.

- Identify new ingredients, technologies, and market trends.

- Maintain formulation records, specifications, and technical documentation.

Preferred candidate profile

- M.Sc./B.Tech./M.Tech. in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or related field.

- Typically 815+ years of relevant cosmetics R&D; experience, including team leadership.

- Solid knowledge of cosmetic formulation, raw materials, stability, and manufacturing processes.

- Good understanding of Indian cosmetic regulations and GMP.
