Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and manage financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.

- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and areas of concern.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategic initiatives that align with company goals.

- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting, compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Manage financial audit and other end-to-end financial activities.

- Lead the finance and accounting team to achieve departmental objectives.

Job Requirements :

- Strong background in accounting, budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analysis (FP&A;).

- Proven track record of developing effective business plans and managing complex projects from initiation to completion.

- Experience in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, and variance analysis.

- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability.

- Solid knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and identify trends.

- CA final certification is required.
