nExperience: 5+ years in Voice/Customer Service, with minimum 1 year of Team Handling experience

nQualification: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline

nKey Responsibilities:

- Lead, coach and motivate customer service advisors
n
- Drive team KPIs across productivity,



quality, customer experience and adherence
n
- Conduct performance reviews, coaching and action plans
n
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution
n
- Ensure process, quality and compliance adherence
n
- Support continuous improvement initiatives
n

n

nPreferred: Banking / Financial Services / Mortgage domain experience.

n

nCandidates must be comfortable working in rotational shifts, including night shifts, weekends and public holidays .
