We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and detail-oriented Hair and Skin Therapist to join our growing clinical aesthetics team. In this role, you will be the primary hands-on provider for non-invasive aesthetic treatments, working closely under the guidance of our consultant dermatologists. The ideal candidate possesses an excellent understanding of skin and scalp anatomy, operates aesthetic machinery safely, and delivers outstanding client experiences that drive retention and satisfaction.

Key ResponsibilitiesClinical & Aesthetic Treatments

- Execute advanced skin treatments including chemical peels, hydrafacials, microdermabrasion, carbon peels, and specialized facials.
- Perform laser procedures such as laser hair reduction (LHR) and laser skin toning following prescribed clinical parameters.
- Deliver hair and scalp therapies including mesotherapy, low-level laser therapy (LLLT), and assisting the dermatologist with PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) treatments.
- Assist medical practitioners during advanced dermatological and cosmetic procedures (e.g., botox, dermal fillers, or thread lifts).

Client Care & Consultation





- Conduct initial skin and hair analyses to complement the doctor's prescription and design an effective session workflow.
- Educate clients clearly on treatment expectations, potential downtime, and required pre- and post-treatment home care.
- Build strong client relationships by maintaining an empathetic, warm, and highly skilled demeanor.

Hygiene & Operations

- Maintain flawless sterilization standards.
- Prepare and restock treatment rooms.
- Maintain precise digital and physical records.

Retail & Growth

- Recommend prescribed clinical skincare.
- Experience: 1–2 years of hands-on experience working as a therapist in a reputed dermatology clinic, medical spa, or high-end aesthetic center.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience operating US-FDA approved lasers, hydrafacial machines, and chemical peel solutions.
- Soft Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and the local language.

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
