About the Role
As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be one of the first points of contact for our guests and play an important role in shaping their overall experience.
This role goes beyond simply greeting guests. You will manage reservations and walk-ins, understand guest preferences, build relationships with regulars, support menu conversations, handle feedback, and coordinate closely with the service, bar, kitchen, and management teams.
We are looking for someone who genuinely enjoys meeting people, starting conversations, remembering faces, and creating a warm and engaging environment.
The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, good hospitality etiquette, a confident personality, and the ability to interact comfortably with a diverse and dynamic crowd.
Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Front Office
- Welcome guests warmly and confidently while creating a positive first impression.
- Manage reservations, walk-ins, waiting guests, seating, and table allocation efficiently.
- Engage with guests throughout their visit, understand their preferences, and provide personalised assistance wherever possible.
- Build rapport with regular guests, remember preferences, and contribute to experiences that encourage repeat visits.
- Handle guest feedback, requests, and concerns professionally, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when required.
- Maintain a smooth and organised guest flow during busy periods.
- Maintain high standards of grooming,
presentation, hygiene, and guest-facing areas.
Menu & Product Knowledge
- Develop a strong understanding of the outlet’s food, beverage, and bar menu.
- Learn key ingredients, preparation styles, flavours, portion sizes, allergens, signature items, and recommendations.
- Confidently explain menu items and assist guests with selections based on their preferences.
- Stay updated on new menu additions, promotions, events, and special offerings.
- Coordinate with the culinary and service teams to clarify product-related queries and stay informed about menu changes.
- Continuously improve product knowledge to confidently assist and engage with guests.
Guest Engagement & Coordination
- Create a lively, welcoming, and engaging atmosphere for guests.
- Recognise and engage with repeat guests wherever possible.
- Assist in creating memorable experiences for birthdays, celebrations, corporate gatherings, and other occasions.
- Coordinate closely with the service, bar, kitchen, and management teams regarding reservations, guest preferences, special requests, dietary requirements, and service needs.
- Communicate important guest information accurately to the relevant teams.
- Support the floor team during peak hours to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Follow established guest service standards, operational procedures, and hygiene requirements.

The ideal candidate should have:
- Excellent spoken English communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally with guests.
- Good Hindi communication skills; Marathi will be an added advantage.
- A warm, approachable, and confident personality.
- Strong interpersonal and conversation skills.
- Professional grooming and hospitality etiquette.
- A genuine interest in interacting with people and building relationships.
- The ability to remain calm, polite, and composed during busy service periods.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand guest requirements.
- A positive attitude and natural problem-solving ability.
- The ability and willingness to quickly learn the food and beverage menu.
- Good coordination, follow-up, and multitasking skills.
- Flexibility to work rotational shifts, weekends, and peak hospitality hours.
Experience & Qualifications
- Candidates with 0–1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
- Freshers with robust communication skills, confidence, and a genuine interest in hospitality are welcome.
- Candidates with prior experience in hospitality, hotels, restaurants, cafés, lounges, bars, front office, reception, guest relations, or customer-facing roles will be preferred.
- Prior experience as a Guest Relations Executive, Front Office Associate, Host/Hostess, Receptionist, or F&B; team member will be an added advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Travel & Tourism, or a related field will be preferred.
- Candidates should be comfortable learning menu details, reservation systems, guest-handling procedures, and basic restaurant operations.
