We are looking for a Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to join our hospital team.
Position: Guest Relations Executive (GRE)
Location: STAR Hospitals, Nanakramguda, Financial District, Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and attendants with a warm and professional approach.
- Handle patient queries and provide necessary guidance regarding hospital services.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth patient movement and service.
- Assist patients with appointments, billing, diagnostics, and other hospital-related services.
- Address patient concerns and coordinate with concerned departments for resolution.
- Maintain high standards of patient experience and customer service.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English, Telugu & Hindi preferred
- Prior experience in hospitals / healthcare / customer service will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills may also apply.
