Growth Marketer (AI Automation)

Role Overview

Were looking for a Growth Marketing professional who understands digital marketing fundamentals and uses AI as a multiplier to drive lead growth for Muvi. This role owns end-to-end planning & execution of campaigns across various channels like social media, video(YouTube & short-form), webinars, quora, reddit etc... The ideal candidate is hands-on,data-aware, and execution-focusedsomeone who can plan campaigns, create content,automate workflows using AI tools, and continuously optimize for lead generation rather thanvanity metrics.

Key Responsibilities

1. Plan, execute, and manage end-to-end growth campaigns across multiple digital channels.
2. Create campaign content and deploy it across social, video, email, reddit, quora etc
3. Build supporting images, creatives, and collaterals using AI-powered tools.
4. Work with design, video teams to help delivery assets whenever required
5. Use an AI marketing stack effectively, including creating workflows and automations using tools like n8n.
6. Create and publish AI-assisted short-form videos for social and video platforms.
7.



Drive Muvis presence across social platforms, webinars, email nurture flows, and community channels like Quora and Reddit, focusing on lead impact.
8. Build AI prompts and maintain structured campaign data in Sheets to support automation, reporting, and optimization.

Skills

1. Good Hands-on with AI based content creation and workflows
2. Fundamental understanding of Digital Marketing and its various Channels
3. Prior experience with webinars, affiliate programs (good to have)
4. Exposure to marketing tools - Canva, Hubspot, Zoom, Google Analytics, YouTube
5. Studio, Social Media Analytics (Meta Business)
