About the Role

As a Growth Intern, you will work closely with the Founder's Office to support day-to-day business and growth operations. The role will involve lead generation, outreach coordination, market research, data management, reporting, and supporting ongoing business initiatives.

You will work under the guidance of the Senior Executive - Founder's Office and gain exposure to cross-functional projects and business operations.

What Youll Do:

- Internship duration: 3 months
- Stipend: INR 15k per month
- Location: Gurgaon




- 5 working Days; weekends off(except 1st saturday -wfh)

Responsibilities:

- Support day-to-day growth and business operations for the Founder's Office.
- Assist with lead generation and maintain prospect databases.
- Support LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email outreach, and follow-ups.
- Maintain trackers and update lead, outreach, and operational data.
- Prepare regular reports, summaries, and activity updates.
- Conduct basic market, company, industry, and competitor research.
- Assist with data organisation, validation, and basic analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of assigned tasks.
- Support presentations, business documents, and internal reports.
- Use AI and digital tools for research, reporting, and documentation.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned tasks.

What We Need Education -

- A final or pre-final year student with any undergraduate degree or A graduate/post

graduate fresher seeking growing roles. Skills & Attributes -

- Strong organisational, research, and data-handling skills.
- Good communication, attention to detail, and follow-through.
- Proactive, adaptable, and willing to learn and take ownership .

Nice to Have -

- Familiarity with MS Excel/Google Sheets and basic reporting.
- Exposure to LinkedIn, email outreach, or lead-generation platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, or AI tools. .
