✈️ Airport Ground Staff – Job Responsibilities? Passenger Check-in &

- Boarding: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding passes, and boarding procedures. ? Baggage Handling: Coordinate baggage tagging, loading/unloading, and baggage-related queries. ? Ticketing &
- Documentation: Assist with reservations, ticketing, and passenger documentation. ? Passenger Assistance: Guide passengers at the airport and assist with special requirements. ? Flight Coordination: Make announcements and coordinate with airline and airport teams regarding flight operations. ? Arrival &
- Departure Support: Assist passengers during arrivals, departures, transfers, and connecting flights. ?️ Safety &
- Security: Follow airport, airline, and safety procedures at all times. ? Customer Service: Handle passenger queries and provide qualified service throughout the airport journey.
