Balaji Branding Solutions is looking for a Creative Design & Video Specialist to join our creative team in Gwalior.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across both graphic design and video editing, creating engaging content for social media, branding, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

This role is suitable for a creative individual who can take a brief, develop a creative idea, and turn it into high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging graphics for social media, advertisements, branding, and digital marketing campaigns.
- Design social media posts, carousels, banners, thumbnails, and other marketing creatives.
- Edit short-form videos, Reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Add captions, text animations, transitions, music, and sound effects to videos.
- Create basic motion graphics and whiteboard animations.
- Maintain consistent branding across all designs and video content.
- Understand creative briefs and convert ideas into effective visual content.
- Stay updated with current social media content and creative trends.

What We're Looking For




- Strong graphic designing skills.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Good video editing skills and familiarity with qualified editing software.
- Experience/knowledge of Reels and short-form video editing.
- Knowledge of whiteboard animation.
- Good understanding of typography, colour, layout, and visual composition.
- Understanding of branding and social media design.
- Creative thinking and storytelling ability.
- Ability to create content from a given brief.

Experience 0–2 years of experience. Freshers with a strong portfolio can also apply.
