Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative designs for social media posts, banners, posters, brochures, flyers, standees, hoardings, advertisements, and promotional materials.

- Design creative content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms.

- Create visual materials for hospital/medical college campaigns, events, conferences, health awareness programs, admissions, recruitment, and institutional activities.

- Develop presentations, infographics, charts, certificates, invitations, and other communication materials.

- Ensure all designs follow the organization's brand guidelines, logo usage, fonts, colors, and visual identity.

- Collaborate with the Marketing, HR, Admissions, Administration, Academic, and other departments to understand design requirements.

- Convert concepts, briefs, and ideas into effective visual designs.

- Edit and enhance photographs, images, and other visual content as required.

- Prepare artwork in appropriate formats and resolutions for digital and print production.





- Coordinate with printers, vendors, advertising agencies, photographers, and other external service providers when required.

- Maintain organized libraries of design files, images, templates, logos, and brand assets.

- Make revisions based on feedback from management and concerned departments.

- Ensure accuracy of text, spelling, logos, images, and other information before final release.

- Develop creative templates to maintain consistency across recurring communication materials.

- Support video/reel creatives with thumbnails, graphics, titles, and basic motion elements where required.

- Stay updated with current design trends, digital content formats, and creative communication practices.

- Ensure timely completion of assigned design projects.

- Perform other design and creative communication duties assigned by management.
