Our brand identity and guidelines are already in place: a complete visual system with defined colours, typography, templates, and rules. We're looking for a designer who can apply that system accurately, quickly, and consistently across everything Innova puts out.

This is an execution-focused role for someone who takes pride in precision, speed, and getting the details right.

What you'll do

Digital creatives: Produce ads and posts for Meta, Google Display, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email from our existing master templates.

Collateral: Create brochures, one-pagers, company profiles, pitch decks, and proposals for all three verticals using the brand system.

Centre branding: Adapt the brand for signage,



wayfinding, event branding, and merchandise.

Social media: Keep Innova’s feed consistent, on-brand, and on schedule.

Brand consistency: Follow the brand guidelines exactly on every piece: colours, fonts, spacing, and logo usage.

Speed: Turn around campaign and sales requests quickly without cutting corners on quality.

Website support: Create visual assets for the website and landing pages.

What you bring

- 2–4 years of experience in graphic design, ideally at a brand, agency, or B2B company
- A strong portfolio covering both digital and print work (required)
- Experience working within established brand guidelines
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, plus Figma and Canva
- A sharp eye for detail: alignment, spacing, and typography
- The ability to handle several projects at once and hit deadlines
- Clear communication, and openness to feedback
- Nice to have
- Basic motion graphics (After Effects or similar) for reels and animated ads
- Presentation design experience
- Experience with real estate, coworking, or B2B brands
