Job Title: Graphic Designer (Brand & Visual Design)

Full-time | Chennai (In-person)

About the Role

We're looking for a classic graphic designer with exceptional taste—someone who understands typography, composition, and visual identity, and can build a timeless premium brand rather than chase design trends.

What You’ll Own

Brand Design

- Develop and maintain our visual identity and brand guidelines.
- Create systems for typography, colors, spacing, and layouts.
- Ensure consistency across every touchpoint.

Content Design

- Design YouTube presentation slides and in-video graphics.
- Create Instagram carousels, posts, and promotional assets.
- Design website pages and landing page visuals.
- Create ad creatives for launches and campaigns.

Product & Internal Design

- Design course materials, PDFs, and presentation decks.
- Build reusable design systems and templates.
- Create icons, illustrations, and supporting graphics when needed.
- Creative Collaboration
- Work with the founder, editors, and content team.
- Translate ideas into elegant visual solutions.
- Refine designs based on thoughtful feedback.

We're Looking For Someone Who Has

- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design or branding.
- Excellent typography and layout skills.




- Strong understanding of composition, hierarchy, and whitespace.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma (InDesign is a bonus).
- Ability to design premium, minimal, timeless visuals.
- Good communication and attention to detail.

Bonus If You Have

- Motion design experience.
- Illustration skills.
- Experience designing for YouTube creators or premium brands.
- Knowledge of web design principles.

Compensation

- ₹35,000–₹55,000/month, depending on skill and potential, with a growth path into Senior
- Designer, Brand Designer, and Creative Lead.
