What you will be doing
- Support Technical Services activities for mining operations.
- Develop practical knowledge of drilling and blasting.
- Support secure execution of technical and blasting activities.
- Assist with blast design and performance assessment.
- Work with technical and operational teams on mining activities.
- Use technical information and operational data to support continuous improvement.
- Build knowledge of blasting practices, products and their safe application.
- Support customer and operational requirements as part of the Technical Services team.
What you will bring
- A Bachelor's degree, B.Tech or B.E. in Mining Engineering from a recognised institution.
- Fresh graduate status or up to 1 year of relevant work experience.
- A sound educational foundation in mining operations.
- An understanding of drilling and blasting principles.
- An interest in developing practical Technical Services expertise.
- A strong commitment to safe working practices.
- The ability to communicate and work effectively with technical and operational stakeholders.
Exposure to underground mining, drilling and blasting through internships, projects, vocational training or early-career employment would be relevant.
