Role Description

We are looking for a Graduate Software Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is designed for fresh graduates and early-career professionals interested in software engineering, application development, backend development, frontend development, databases, APIs, cloud technologies, automation, and modern software-development practices.

The Graduate Software Engineer will work closely with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, finance, production, supply chain, sales, and other business teams to develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve software applications, internal platforms, APIs, databases, automation solutions, and digital systems.

The role may involve working with programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, or Go, along with web frameworks, databases, REST APIs, cloud platforms, version-control systems, testing tools, and other technologies depending on project and business requirements.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Final-year students who are completing their degree and are available for full-time employment may also apply.




- Candidates with 0–2 years of experience in software engineering, software development, application development, backend development, frontend development, web development, automation, data engineering, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Graduate Software Engineer, Graduate Engineer Trainee, Junior Software Engineer, Associate Software Engineer, Software Developer, Junior Developer, Backend Developer, Frontend Developer, Full Stack Developer, Application Developer, Trainee Software Engineer, or Programmer are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of at least one programming language such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, C++, PHP, Go, or a similar language.
- Understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, variables, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, and software-development fundamentals.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, authentication, authorization, and system integration.
- Familiarity with SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, MongoDB, Redis, or similar databases will be advantageous.
- Understanding of database fundamentals, tables, relationships, joins,



queries, normalization, indexes, and CRUD operations will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, debugging, code reviews, and collaborative development workflows.
- Exposure to unit testing, integration testing, API testing, Postman, JUnit, PyTest, Jest, or similar testing tools will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be considered an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, deployment, application configuration, logging, and monitoring will be beneficial.
- Exposure to microservices, distributed systems, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, or event-driven applications will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting platforms, or enterprise applications will be beneficial.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, documentation, requirements gathering, or issue tracking will be advantageous but is not mandatory.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business requirements and contribute to practical, maintainable, and reliable software solutions.
- Willingness to work in an on-site environment.
- Internship, academic project, software project, coding project, GitHub project, hackathon, freelance assignment, startup project, or open-source contribution will be considered but is not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full time software-development experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, databases, cloud platforms, development tools, and software-engineering practices.
