Job profile

The Google Ads Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing, monitoring, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across Google platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads, keyword research, conversion tracking, performance analysis, and budget management to achieve client and company marketing objectives.

Roles & responsibilities

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns, including:
- Search Ads
- Display Ads
- Performance Max Campaigns
- Shopping Ads
- Video Ads (YouTube)
- Remarketing Campaigns

- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize bids, budgets, and ad creatives.
- Track conversions and implement Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
- Analyze campaign data and generate actionable insights to improve performance.
- Perform A/B testing on ad copies, landing pages, and campaign strategies.
- Manage multiple client accounts while maintaining campaign efficiency and ROI.




- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients and management.
- Collaborate with SEO, Content, Design, and Development teams to improve campaign outcomes.
- Stay updated with Google's latest advertising features, policies, and industry trends.
- Ensure achievement of lead generation, sales, and revenue targets through paid campaigns.

Required skills

Strong understanding of PPC advertising strategies and performance marketing.

Experience with

Google Ads

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

Google Tag Manager (GTM)

Google Search Console

Looker Studio (formerly Data Studio)

Knowledge of conversion tracking, attribution models, and audience segmentation.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
