Head Technical (Roads & Highways). We are looking for a seasoned Civil Engineering qualified with extensive experience in Highway Operations & Maintenance (O&M;), Road Asset Management, Technical Governance, and NHAI projects.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead technical oversight of highway assets and maintenance operations
- Drive asset lifecycle management and preventive maintenance strategies
- Ensure compliance with NHAI, IRC, and MORTH standards
- Oversee contract administration, BOQ reviews, and technical evaluations
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, government authorities, and stakeholders .
- Experience with BOT/HAM/TOT projects
