Job Summary

This position is part of the Global payroll organization and plays a key role in supporting implementation of payroll projects & transformation across multiple regions. The Payroll program manager must bring strong expertise in implementing payroll projects, Time projects. Must also have multi-country payroll processing experience, contributing to the development and execution of scalable payroll capabilities.

The role involves direct collaboration with third-party vendors and internal project teams, providing critical input to both payroll and timekeeping systems. Key responsibilities include driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting system upgrades, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.

Must have organizational and communication skills and have proven experience of being able to handle competing priorities daily.

Key Responsibilities

- Previous experience in planning, handling & implementation of Payroll & Time projects for multiplies regions
- Previous experience working with ADP Global view , Celergo projects & Time systems like WFS Or Kronos.
- Experience of payroll with integration from an HR System
- Support payroll project implementations, transitions, and continuous improvement initiatives across global markets.
- Provide payroll expertise throughout project phases including testing, data validation, and process documentation.
- Collaborate closely with HR teams (HRA and HRS), global teams such as the Stocks Team, and other cross functional partners.
- Partner with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate timely implementations of projects and system updates.
- Ensure compliance with SOX controls, internal audit standards, and regulatory requirements.




- Maintain confidentiality and data protection in accordance with company policies and external regulations.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Identify and log opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects with payroll dependencies.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English is essential, additional languages desirable
- Experience of decision making with complete ownership payroll process
- Flexibility and adaptability to support simultaneous business demands and deadlines

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years of payroll projects implementation & 10 years of payroll experience supporting multiple regions.
- Experience in payroll project implementation and system testing preferred (ADP Global view, SAP Payroll, ADP Celergo).
- Prior experience as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or team lead with demonstrated leadership capabilities is a plus.
- Solid understanding of regional payroll processes, regulations, and vendor landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge on Lean and Six Sigma principles preferred.
- Ability to work independently, adapt quickly, and manage day-to-day operational challenges.
- High cultural awareness and ability to collaborate across diverse markets.
- Experience with payroll reporting and statutory remittances (month-end, quarter-end, year-end).
- Familiarity with leading payroll systems and tools (e.g., ADP, NGA, SDWorx, Kronos, Workday, Salesforce Service Cloud).
- Experience in multinational environments or Finance/HR Shared Services required.

• Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, internal controls) and documentation standards (e.g., Desktop Procedures).
