We are looking for a GitLab Implementation & Support Engineer to handle GitLab implementation, administration, CI/CD, and L2/L3 production support for a banking project in a secure data-center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement, configure, upgrade, and administer GitLab EE.
- Manage GitLab CI/CD, Runners, repositories, projects, users, and access controls.
- Develop and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines.
- Provide L2/L3 production support, incident resolution, and RCA.
- Troubleshoot GitLab, Linux, networking, and integration-related issues.
- Support GitLab in secure/restricted and air-gapped environments.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Network, Security, and Application teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and implementation guides.
