Job Overview

Surya International Enterprise Ltd. is looking for enthusiastic and career oriented B.Tech Electrical Engineering graduates from the 2026 and 2027 batches to join our Purchase Department as Graduate Engineer Trainees.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in purchase and procurement of electrical and other required materials.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for quotations, orders and deliveries.
- Develop knowledge of purchase processes, negotiation and vendor management.
- Compare quotations, prices, specifications and delivery terms.
- Assist in preparing Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders and Proforma Invoices.
- Support price negotiation with suppliers to achieve cost effective procurement.




- Maintain proper purchase records and documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments regarding material requirements.
- Follow up with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
- Follow company procurement policies and procedures.

Required Skills

- Good knowledge of Purchase and Procurement.
- Good understanding of vendor negotiation and price comparison.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of PR, PO, PI and billing.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Willingness to learn and develop a career in the Purchase Department.
