- Overall responsibility for factory operations ; production, quality, dispatch, HR, admin
- Set and monitor production targets, budgets, and cost control
- Oversee coordination between all departments (production, quality, planning, dispatch, HR)
- Drive operational efficiency and process improvements across the facility
- Handle vendor/supplier relationships and raw material procurement oversight
- Ensure compliance with factory laws, safety norms, and statutory requirements
- Report to management/ownership on performance, issues, and growth plans
- Manage manpower planning, staffing levels, and departmental heads
- Resolve escalated operational or interdepartmental issues
- Drive strategic decisions ; capacity expansion, recent equipment, cost optimization
