– FRP / SAFETY BOX WORKER Company: JVL Enterprise Industry: FRP / Fiberglass Safety Products Manufacturing Job Role: Production / FRP Worker Work Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Job Responsibilities 1. FRP Material Handling - Fiberglass mat, resin और अन्य raw material को production area में व्यवस्थित रखना। - दिए गए instructions के अनुसार material को measure और prepare करना। 2. FRP Box Manufacturing - FRP / fiberglass safety boxes बनाने की production process में काम करना। - Mould में fiberglass material और resin लगाने में production team की सहायता करना। - Layering, rolling और proper finishing में सहायता करना। 3.

Cutting & Finishing - तैयार FRP box की extra fiberglass/material cutting करना। - Edges और surface की grinding/sanding करना। - Product को smooth और proper shape में तैयार करना। 4.

Assembly

Work - Box में hinges, locks, handles, brackets तथा अन्य components लगाने में सहायता करना। - Basic hand tools का सुरक्षित तरीके से उपयोग करना। 5.

Quality

Checking - तैयार product में cracks, bubbles, uneven surface या अन्य defects की जांच करना। - Size,



shape और finishing को दिए गए specification के अनुसार check करना। - खराब या defective material को supervisor को बताना। 6. Packing & Dispatch Support - Finished safety boxes को साफ करना। - Product की packing करना और dispatch area में रखना। - Loading/unloading में आवश्यकता अनुसार सहायता करना। 7.

Workplace

Safety - Safety shoes, gloves, mask/respirator और अन्य required PPE का उपयोग करना। - Resin, fiberglass dust और chemicals के साथ काम करते समय safety instructions follow करना। - Production area को साफ और व्यवस्थित रखना। Required Skills - Manufacturing / factory workplace में काम करने की क्षमता। - Physical work करने में सक्षम होना। - Hand tools का basic knowledge अच्छा रहेगा। - FRP/Fiberglass का experience हो तो preference। - बिना experience वाले workers को भी basic production work के लिए training दी जा सकती है, यदि कंपनी की प्रक्रिया ऐसी हो। Typical Work Raw Material → Fiberglass/Resin Work → Moulding → Cutting/Grinding → Assembly → Quality Check → Packing → Dispatch Worker Type - Production Worker - FRP Worker - Helper - Finishing Worker - Packing/Assembly Worker

Pay: ₹14,500.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
