Role Description The Garment Production Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida. This position oversees day-to-day production activities on the factory floor, including monitoring stitching, finishing, and packing lines to ensure garments meet quality and timeline requirements. The supervisor will plan and manage production schedules, allocate resources, and coordinate with cutting, quality, and maintenance teams to keep workflow smooth and productive. The role includes tracking output, resolving production issues, guiding and training production staff, and enforcing safety and compliance standards.

Supervisor will also communicate regularly with management on production status, potential delays, and process improvements.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership, performance monitoring, and staff guidance.
- Candidates should possess experience with Production Planning and Production Schedules to manage timelines, capacity, and resource allocation.
- Candidates should possess solid Production Management abilities to oversee end-to-end garment manufacturing processes and workflow optimization.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, report status, and address issues on the production floor.
- Relevant experience in garment manufacturing or apparel production, preferably in a supervisory role.
- Knowledge of garment construction, stitching techniques, quality standards, and basic machinery operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Minimum of a diploma or degree in Textile Technology, Fashion Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
