Job Responsibilities

- Plant Care &
- Cultivation

: Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and turf according to landscape plans, ensuring proper soil conditions.

- Maintenance &

- Pruning

: Perform regular weeding, mulching, deadheading, mowing, and aesthetic or corrective pruning of hedges and trees.

- Pest &

- Disease Control

: Monitor plant health, identify pests or nutrient deficiencies, and apply organic or synthetic treatments safely.

- Irrigation Management: Inspect, operate, and perform minor repairs on drip or sprinkler irrigation systems.

- Equipment Operation: Safely use, clean, and maintain hand tools and power machinery (such as lawn mowers, trimmers, and blowers).

- Site Cleanliness: Keep pathways, lawns, and planting beds clear of debris, litter, and fallen leaves.

Job Requirements

- Education:



High school diploma or vocational training in horticulture, botany, or landscape maintenance.

- Experience: 1 to 3 years of hands-on gardening or landscaping experience.

- Knowledge: Solid understanding of regional plant species, soil types, fertilizers, and common pest remedies.

- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy loads, bend, dig, and work outdoors in diverse weather conditions.

- Safety &
- Communication

: Adherence to health and safety regulations and good interpersonal skills.

- Healthy & no bad habits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
