nWe are looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer / Level Designer with experience in Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games.

nResponsibilities:

n• Create unique game concepts and gameplay ideas inspired by market trends, movies, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends

n• Design engaging levels, missions, mechanics, reward systems, onboarding experiences, and gameplay flow

n• Create detailed Game Design Documents (GDD) covering gameplay, UI/UX, monetization, retention, level balancing, and progression systems

n• Develop immersive and addictive gameplay experiences for mobile players

n• Collaborate with developers, artists, and designers throughout the full game development cycle

n• Conduct playtesting sessions and improve gameplay quality based on feedback

n• Support and guide other Game Designers on ongoing and future projects





n✅ Requirements:

n• 2–5 years of experience as a Game Designer / Level Designer

n• Experience working on Hyper Casual, Hybrid Casual, and Puzzle mobile games

n• Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, game balancing, retention, reward systems, and monetization strategies

n• Experience creating GDDs and level design documentation

n• Creative thinking, storytelling ability, and solid problem-solving skills

n• Basic programming understanding is a plus

n• Excellent communication, teamwork, and adaptability

n• Unity (2D & 3D)

n• Photoshop

n• Illustrator

n• Figma

n• Sketching / Drawing

n• Illustration

n⭐ Preferred Skills:

n• Knowledge of playable ads, creatives, and ad-based game content

n• Good understanding of color theory and asset selection

n• Experience in game analytics and funnel optimization
