Job Title: Full stack Technical Architect with AI

Role Overview :

The technical architect role is a part of the delivery organization and carries the responsibility of ensuring high quality solutioning, design and development. It serves as the bridge between complex business problems and enterprise-grade technology solutions.

This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, client-facing advisory skills, and a hands-on approach to guiding engineering teams through the software development lifecycle (SDLC).

Key Responsibilities:

- Solution architecture and design :
- Macro level understanding of the product/program
- Building out the solution architecture
- Define the technology stack, architectural patterns, and integration strategies
- Defining the AI implementation methodology

- Code quality :
- Establish, document, and enforce robust coding standards, architectural patterns, and design principles across the delivery unit
- Integrate static code analysis tools (e.g., SonarQube) and security scanners into the CI/CD pipeline to automate the detection of technical debt, vulnerabilities, and code smells.
- Ensure the codebase is written for long-term maintainability, optimizing for readability, modularity, and ease of future enhancements by other engineers
- Ensure code review is done across the board, with additional focus on AI generated code

- Team mentorship :
- Identify technical skill gaps within the delivery teams and design upskilling roadmaps,



targeted workshops, and hands-on coding sessions
- Act as a technical mentor, guiding high-potential developers toward senior engineering and technical leadership paths within the firm
- Guide team on the use of AI frame works, review the effectiveness and define guardrails, review checklists, security considerations etc

- Product Quality :
- Ensure overall product quality standards are met
- Work closely with the QA teams on test strategy and automation

- Customer engagement :
- Engage with Customers on all technical matters
- Help identify opportunities for expansion in the account in adjacent areas, both technical as well as functional
- Carry the responsibility of producing Value Adds

Skills required:

- Hands on technical skills should be playing a technical architect role currently ,Should be from a product engineering background
- Good communication skills, with the ability to engage CXOs
- Technical curiosity – high learning quotient
- Ability to train and mentor junior folks
- Exposure to how AI can be effectively used in Engineering and testing
- Enterprise AI Architecture, Python, C#, SQL, LLMs, AI Agents, MCP Server, RAG, Microservices, Cloud Architecture, AWS, Azure, APIs, .NET, Data Architecture, Vector Databases, Security, Governance, Observability, Architecture Standards, Technical Leadership
