Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain React.js-based applications for industrial equipment monitoring and control.
- Develop C#/.NET and ASP.NET Core backend services and APIs that communicate with PLC-controlled equipment.
- Integrate applications with PLCs, sensors, pumps, valves, instruments, and other industrial equipment.
- Implement real-time monitoring of equipment status, operating parameters, alarms, events, and system conditions.
- Develop dashboards and user interfaces for equipment operation, monitoring, and control.
- Establish and troubleshoot communication between React.js applications, .NET backend services, and PLC/industrial control systems.
- Work with industrial communication protocols such as OPC UA, Modbus TCP, and EtherNet/IP.
- Collaborate closely with automation/control engineers to understand equipment interfaces and integrate application software with industrial control systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to application, network, PLC, and equipment communication.
- Participate in application testing, system integration, commissioning, debugging, and production support.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to application architecture, interfaces, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Follow software development, testing, documentation, and quality practices appropriate for industrial and regulated environments.





Preferred candidate profile Candidates with experience in any of the following areas will be preferred:

- Rockwell / Allen-Bradley or Siemens PLCs
- OPC UA and industrial communication systems
- Industrial automation and control systems
- Real-time equipment monitoring and control applications
- Bioprocessing or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments
- Regulated manufacturing environments
- Laboratory automation systems
- Equipment integration and commissioning

Ideal Candidate Profile

- Robust full-stack development experience with C#/.NET and React.js
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with PLC/equipment integration
- Comfortable working across both software development and industrial automation interfaces
- Good understanding of real-time data communication and system integration
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with software, automation, controls, and engineering teams
- Good communication and technical documentation skills

Education & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Instrumentation, Automation, or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional experience in full-stack application development and industrial/PLC integration.
- Candidates with a combination of strong software development skills and practical industrial automation experience will be considered.
