About the Program

At Thinknovaa, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring full stack developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to build real applications, strengthen your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

What You’ll Do

Build Real Applications: Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.

Create Frontends: Build clean, responsive interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, or similar frontend technologies.

Develop Backend Systems: Create APIs, server-side functionality, authentication systems, and application logic using technologies such as Node.js, Express.js, Python, or similar frameworks.

Work with Databases: Store, manage, and retrieve application data using databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar technologies.

Integrate APIs: Connect frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs to create complete application workflows.

Debug & Improve: Identify bugs, troubleshoot issues, optimize application performance, and improve the overall user experience.

Collaborate & Deploy: Work with the team on real projects, use Git/GitHub for version control,



and gain exposure to deploying applications.

Who You Are

Passionate about web development and eager to learn—no specific degree required.

Comfortable with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.

Familiar with frontend development concepts and responsive web design.

Have a basic understanding of backend development, APIs, and databases.

Bonus points: If you know React.js, Node.js, Express.js, Python, MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or have previously built full stack projects.

Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions, solving problems, and learning new technologies.
