We automate the slow, manual parts of hiring, from job posting and candidate screening to interview scheduling and onboarding, so businesses of every size can build great teams with less effort. About the Role

We're looking for a fresher full stack developer who already builds with AI coding tools, not someone who has only heard of them. You'll ship real features on the HireNetix AI platform from day one. You'll use Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Cursor to move quick, and you'll use your own judgment to make sure what ships is correct, secure and maintainable.

What You'll Do

- Build and maintain features across the frontend and backend of the HireNetix AI platform
- Use Claude Code, Codex and Cursor every day to write, refactor, debug and test code
- Break down product requirements into clear tasks and prompts for AI agents, then review, test and fix their output
- Write and maintain automated tests
- Work with REST APIs, databases and third-party integrations
- Take part in code reviews and improve our development workflows, including AI agent setup, prompts, rules files and project context
- Work with US-based product and business teams (some overlap with US mornings required)

Must-Have

- Hands-on experience with Claude Code, OpenAI Codex and Cursor:



you have built real projects with them and can explain your workflow
- Good basics in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML and CSS
- Working knowledge of a frontend framework (React preferred)
- Working knowledge of a backend stack (Node.js/Express, Python or similar)
- Understanding of SQL and relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL)
- Comfortable with Git and GitHub
- Ability to read and understand code you didn't write, including AI-generated code
- Good written English for working with a US team

Good to Have

- Next.js, Tailwind CSS
- Experience deploying apps (Vercel, AWS, Render, etc.)
- Experience with LLM APIs (Anthropic, OpenAI) or building AI features
- Internships, hackathons, freelance work or open-source contributions
- A portfolio of shipped projects
