Position: Frontend Full Stack Developer

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain responsive, user-facing web applications and interfaces.

- Build and implement UI components using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React.js / Next.js.

- Design and develop backend services, REST/GraphQL APIs, and database schemas using Node.js (Express/NestJS) or equivalent.

- Translate UI/UX designs and wireframes into high-quality, reusable code across the stack.

- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and third-party services.

- Optimize applications for maximum speed, performance, and cross-browser/cross-device compatibility.

- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following coding standards.

- Troubleshoot and resolve bugs, layout issues, and performance bottlenecks across frontend and backend.

- Implement responsive design and ensure accessibility (WCAG) best practices.

- Leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to accelerate development, debugging, and code review.

- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend/DevOps teams, and project managers to deliver features on time.

- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and version control workflows.

Required Skills & Experience





- 4+ years of experience in full stack web development.

- Robust knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), and responsive/mobile-first design.

- Mandatory hands-on experience with React.js and Next.js.

- Backend experience with Node.js and frameworks like Express or NestJS.

- Experience with databases (MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL) and API design (REST/GraphQL).

- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Vuex, Context API, etc.).

- Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS/LESS) and CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap).

- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.

- Mandatory working knowledge of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, GitHub Copilot, etc.) for day-to-day development.

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with TypeScript.

- Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).

- Basic understanding of SEO principles and web performance optimization (Core Web Vitals).

- Exposure to cloud deployment and CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
