Front Desk Executive / Receptionist – Alpha Aesthetics Alpha Aesthetics is a premium aesthetic medicine clinic specializing in Skin, Hair & Lasers. We are looking for a well-groomed, confident and patient-friendly Front Desk Executive to join our clinic in Malad West, Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients professionally • Manage patient appointments and daily schedules • Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and patient queries • Coordinate appointments between patients, doctors and clinic staff • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry • Handle billing, payments and basic cash/UPI coordination • Follow up with patients regarding appointments and enquiries • Coordinate treatment-related enquiries as instructed by the doctor • Explain suitable treatment packages, clinic services and ongoing offers to patients as per clinic guidelines • Recommend and sell appropriate treatment packages based on patient requirements and doctor recommendations • Follow up with prospective patients and convert eligible enquiries into consultations and treatment bookings • Maintain patient confidentiality and professional communication • Maintain front-desk cleanliness and organization • Coordinate with therapists and clinic staff for smooth patient flow • Maintain enquiry records,
package sales details and follow-up status • Support the clinic in providing a premium patient experience Candidate Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience preferred • Experience in a dermatology, aesthetic, cosmetology, dental, plastic surgery or healthcare clinic will be an advantage • Experience in explaining and selling treatment packages, memberships or healthcare services will be preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Good spoken English and Hindi • Basic computer and MS Office/Google Workspace knowledge • Comfortable using WhatsApp for patient communication • Pleasant personality and skilled grooming • Good organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a busy clinic environment • Patient, polite and service-oriented approach • Comfortable with patient counselling, follow-ups and ethical sales conversations What We Offer:
