We are looking for a confident and engaging Freelance Career Guidance Speaker to conduct career awareness sessions in schools and colleges.

The primary objective of this role is to create awareness among students about career opportunities, competitive examinations, higher education pathways, and introduce them to relevant programs offered by our learning academy .

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging career guidance and awareness sessions for school and college students.
- Visit schools and colleges across the assigned region.
- Deliver presentations on IPMAT, CAT, management education and competitive-exam opportunities.
- Explain eligibility criteria, exam patterns, career opportunities and higher-education pathways in a straightforward and engaging manner.
- Interact confidently with students, teachers, career counsellors and management.
- Create awareness about our Learning Academy and its courses without making the sessions overly promotional.




- Represent the academy professionally during institutional visits.
- Coordinate with the our team regarding session schedules and institutional requirements.
- Collect basic feedback and leads from interested students when required.

Who We're Looking For
- Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
- Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Comfortable addressing large groups of students.
- Confident, energetic and approachable personality.
- Passion for education, career guidance and student development.
- Prior experience as a career counsellor, trainer, teacher, motivational speaker, education consultant or public speaker is an advantage.
- Candidates with experience conducting sessions in schools/colleges will be preferred.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
