Role Description

VISCO India is looking for a freelance B2B SaaS sales professional to drive the adoption of its technology platform among schools and colleges across India.

This is a performance-based chance, where the individual will be compensated on a per-demo basis, with additional incentives linked to successful closures.

The role will involve identifying potential educational institutions, connecting with relevant decision-makers, qualifying prospects, and conducting product demonstrations. The individual will be responsible for generating opportunities, presenting the platform effectively, following up with prospects and working towards conversions.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach schools, colleges and educational institutions across India.
- Connect with school owners, management, principals, administrators, facility heads and other relevant decision-makers.
- Generate and qualify B2B leads.
- Schedule and conduct product demos.
- Clearly communicate the platform’s features,



benefits and business value.
- Follow up with prospects and support the sales process through to closure.
- Maintain basic records of leads, demos and conversions.
- Coordinate with the VISCO team for proposals, commercial discussions and closures.
- Consistently generate qualified demos and contribute towards customer acquisition.

What We’re Looking For

- Strong B2B SaaS sales and business development experience.
- Prior experience selling software/SaaS solutions to schools or colleges is highly preferred.
- Existing network or relationships within the education sector will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to confidently interact with senior decision-makers.
- Strong prospecting, follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Self-driven and comfortable working independently.
- Comfortable with a freelance, performance-based compensation model.
- Experience with CRM or sales management tools is an advantage.

Compensation

- Fixed payout for every qualified product demo conducted.
- Additional incentives on successful closures.
- No fixed salary or conventional employment structure.
- Earnings are directly linked to performance, with scope for higher earnings through consistent demos and conversions.

Ideal Candidate

This opportunity is particularly suited to freelance sales professionals or experienced B2B SaaS/EdTech salespeople who already have experience selling technology solutions to schools and colleges and have the communication skills and network to independently generate and convert opportunities.
