Responsibilities -

- Partner closely with enterprise customers and internal stakeholders to understand complex business challenges and translate them into scalable AI-led solutions.

- Own the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and productionization of Generative AI solutions in customer environments.

- Architect and implement enterprise-grade solutions leveraging Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI Agents, and Agentic Workflows.

- Design and develop single-agent and multi-agent systems, including agent orchestration, tool integration, memory, reasoning workflows, and human-in-the-loop patterns.

- Build and optimize RAG architectures, including document ingestion, retrieval strategies, embeddings, vector search, reranking, and grounding techniques.

- Establish robust AI/LLM evaluation frameworks to assess solution quality, accuracy, relevance, safety, reliability, and business effectiveness.

- Evaluate and select appropriate LLMs, AI frameworks, platforms, and architectural patterns based on customer use cases and enterprise requirements.

- Lead solution architecture and technical design discussions with senior customer stakeholders, engineering teams, product teams, and business leaders.

- Develop rapid prototypes and Proofs of Concept (POCs) and successfully transition them into scalable, secure, enterprise-grade production solutions.

- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise applications, APIs, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, and business workflows.





- Troubleshoot complex technical and production issues and provide hands-on engineering support throughout the customer implementation lifecycle.

- Advise customers on AI adoption, architecture, implementation approaches, scalability, security, governance, and responsible AI considerations.

- Act as a trusted technical advisor to customers, effectively communicating complex AI concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and AI teams to bring customer insights and implementation learnings back into product development and roadmap discussions.

- Stay abreast of emerging developments across GenAI, LLMs, Agentic AI, multi-agent architectures, evaluation techniques, and enterprise AI technologies.

- Provide technical mentorship and architectural guidance to engineering teams while maintaining a strong hands-on engineering approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 10+ years of relevant experience across Software Engineering, AI/ML Engineering, Solution Architecture, Forward Deployed Engineering, or similar technical roles.

- Currently operating at a senior/lead/principal engineering level (SG28 and above or equivalent).

- Proven experience working as a Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Engineer, GenAI Engineer, Solution Architect, Principal Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role.

- Robust preference for candidates from Product Organizations, Global Capability Centers (GCCs), AI-native organizations, or Product/AI-led technology companies.

- Demonstrated experience taking complex technology solutions from problem discovery and architecture through development, deployment, and production adoption.
