Urgent hiring for Stock Controls in Hotel

:

- Monitor and control food, beverage, and operating costs.
- Verify daily purchases, receipts, issues, and consumption.
- Check purchase orders, invoices, GRNs, and stock records.
- Conduct regular physical stock verification and identify shortages or variances.
- Monitor food & beverage wastage and take corrective action.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cost-control reports.
- Compare actual costs with budget and standard costs.
- Coordinate with Kitchen, F&B;, Stores, Purchase, and Accounts departments.
- Verify sales, complimentary items, discounts, voids, and consumption.
- Monitor inventory levels and prevent overstocking or pilferage.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal controls are followed.
- Support management with cost analysis and variance reports

Skills Required:





- Knowledge of hotel F&B; operations and inventory control
- Valuable Excel and reporting skills
- Basic knowledge of hotel accounting/POS systems
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies
- Good coordination with operational departments.
