Position: F&B; Manager

Salary: 45,000 50,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the overall Food & Beverage operations, including service, kitchen coordination, and daily activities.
- Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, hygiene, and service standards.
- Develop and maintain menus with a strong focus on modern cuisine.
- Lead, train, and manage the F&B; team to ensure efficient operations and excellent guest service.
- Monitor food and beverage costs, inventory, wastage, and operational expenses.
- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams for smooth and timely operations.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally.
- Plan staffing, duty schedules, and daily operational requirements.




- Coordinate with management on sales targets, promotions, events, and operational improvements.
- Maintain high standards of guest satisfaction and overall dining experience.

Requirements - Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in F&B; management.

- Strong experience and knowledge of up-to-date cuisine.
- Proven experience in managing F&B; operations and large teams.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of food cost, inventory control, and operational management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Strong focus on quality, presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
