- Manage day-to-day floor operations and ensure smooth store functioning.
- Supervise and coordinate floor staff and allocate daily duties.
- Monitor product availability, displays, pricing, and cleanliness.
- Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
- Monitor sales performance and support achievement of daily targets.
- Coordinate with billing, stock, purchase, and other departments.
- Ensure company SOPs and operational standards are followed.
- Monitor stock movement and report shortages, damages, and other issues.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in supermarket/Hypermarket is must
- Candidates with 3+ years of relevant experience
- Good communication and team-management skills.
