Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

5-7 years of experience in Firmware Development, Embedded Software Development, Customer Engineering, Platform Engineering, Applications Engineering, or related technical roles.

- Strong hands-on firmware design, development, and debugging experience on embedded or x86 platforms.
- Experience developing and debugging low-level firmware and platform software.
- Experience with boot flows, firmware initialization, power management, security, and platform management functions.
- Strong understanding of:

o Firmware architecture , Embedded systems, Platform bring-up, Debug methodologies, System software interactions
- Experience supporting external customers, ODM/OEM engagements, field escalations, and production deployments.
- Robust platform-level debug skills spanning firmware, BIOS, operating systems, device drivers, silicon, and platform hardware.
- Strong Linux and embedded Linux experience.
- Experience with Python, C/C++, Shell scripting, and automation frameworks.
