Job Summary

We are looking for experienced FP&A; professionals with strong expertise in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.

Candidates with experience in CPG, FMCG, Tobacco, or Manufacturing industries will be preferred. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on knowledge of core FP&A; activities and be able to independently analyze financial data and provide meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

Own and manage P&L; planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.

Drive Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;) activities and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.

Prepare and maintain financial models for business planning and decision-making.

Manage working capital and support cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.

Lead Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB) exercises and monitor budget vs. actual performance.

Analyze financial performance, identify key variances, and provide meaningful business insights.

Partner with cross-functional teams to support business and financial objectives.

Support P&L; ownership and financial controller activities.

Prepare management reports, MIS, forecasts, and financial presentations.

Perform and understand journal entries and accounting-related financial activities where required.





Work closely with senior stakeholders to support strategic financial decisions.

Identify opportunities for cost optimization, process improvement, and improved financial performance.

Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data and analysis.

Candidate Profile

10–15 years of overall experience with strong relevant FP&A; exposure.

Candidates from CPG / FMCG / Tobacco / Manufacturing industries will be preferred.

Strong practical understanding of financial concepts and ability to explain hands-on experience during the interview.

Candidates should have genuine and demonstrable experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, P&L;, and working capital management.

Strong communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Local Gurgaon/NCR candidates preferred, as the current interview process is F2F in Gurgaon.

Candidates should be comfortable working in US shift timings.

Immediate joiners are preferred; however, notice period is not a strict constraint.
