Role Description The Finance Manager will oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting to strategic decision-makers at Chat360. This full-time, on-site role based in Pune, India includes managing month-end and year-end closing activities, preparing management reports, and ensuring accurate financial statements in alignment with regulatory and internal standards. The person in this role will monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and support negotiations with banks, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities also include implementing and improving financial controls, supporting audits and compliance requirements,



and partnering with business leaders to evaluate investments, pricing models, and key initiatives.

The Finance

Manager will be expected to provide clear financial insights, recommend cost-optimization opportunities, and contribute to the continuous improvement of finance processes and systems.

Qualifications

- 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a startup, SaaS, technology, or enterprise software environment.
- Prior hands-on experience with Zoho Books and/or Zoho Billing is required.
- Experience with financial reporting, audits, accounting compliance, and financial controls.
- Strong knowledge of cash flow management, working capital, and banking processes.
- Experience in financial modelling, scenario analysis, pricing analysis, and business partnering.
- Solid understanding of internal controls, risk management, and finance process improvement.
- Proficiency in ERP and advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with founders, leadership, and cross-functional teams.
- Qualifications: MBA (Finance) preferred
