- Monitor daily financial transactions for suspicious activities.
- Maintain compliance with IFSCA guidelines.

- Execute day-to-day accounting and ledger management.
- Coordinate with internal auditors and regulatory authorities.

AML/CFT Compliance Tasks

- Implement Know Your Customer (KYC) protocols.
- Track high-value cross-border capital flows.
- Report suspicious transactions to the Principal Officer.
- Maintain up-to-date compliance and audit records.

Financial Operations

- Prepare quarterly and final financial accounts.
- Manage operational bank accounts and cash flow.
- Support investment management and fund tracking.




- Ensure adherence to financial delegation limits.

Key Qualifications Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce alongwith course as IFSCA Launches First-Ever AML/CTF Certification Course for IFSC Compliance course was developed jointly by the National Institute of Securities Markets (NISM) and the IFSCA Academy

- Valid NISM-IFSCA-01 AML/CFT certification International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA)
- Knowledge of securities market operations and PMLA rules. International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) +1
- Experience working in GIFT City or similar financial centers As specific type of financial entity (such as a brokerage, fund, or clearing corporation) with International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA) will be preferred.
