Job Title: Finance Supervisor Purpose: Manages two core areas — store/inventory control and revenue reconciliation, with focus on accurate cash and payment records.

Key Responsibilities: Inventory: Maintain stock levels, raise purchase requests/orders, verify vendor invoices Conduct weekly and monthly stock counts; reconcile with reports Follow FIFO, minimize wastage, rotate slow-moving stock Inspect incoming goods against specs; manage rejections and storage Ensure cleanliness and pest control in storage areas Prepare monthly consumption reports; train store staff; maintain licenses Revenue & Cash: Handle daily cash collection, petty cash, and payment reconciliation Perform daily close and post revenue entries Verify and skim cash, check for counterfeits Maintain float/petty cash balances; prepare cash for banking Support Head Office on finance queries Interactions: Reports to Accounts Manager and Unit Head internally; liaises with banks and vendors externally.
