Role & responsibilities

1. Financial Control & Accounting:

Oversee daily accounting, general ledger, monthly closing, and financial reporting.
1. Revenue Cycle & Billing:

Monitor hospital revenue cycles, billing and collections, and ensure timely claim processing.
1. Costing & Doctor Payouts:

Manage consultant payouts, cost-volume-profit analysis, and departmental financial performance.
1. Tax, Compliance & Audits:

Ensure GST/TDS compliance, statutory filings, internal controls, and audit coordination.
1. Cash Flow & Inventory Management:

Optimise working capital, cash flows, hospital inventory valuation, and cost controls.

JOB DETAILS

Qualification

CA (Chartered Accountant), ICWA/CTA, or MBA in Finance from a recognized institution.

Experience

5 to 8 years of core accounting experience,



with at least 3+ years in a mid-to-large size hospital.

Technical Skill

Expertise in Hospital Information Systems (HIS), ERPs (SAP/Oracle), and advanced MS Excel.

Core Competency

Deep understanding of TPA/Insurance processes, medical billing, and clinical cost centres.

Soft Skills

Solid leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional negotiation skills.
