Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Chartered Accountant with 10+ years of experience in Finance Reporting and MIS to manage financial reporting, management information systems, business analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting. The role will work closely with senior management and cross-functional teams to provide accurate and actionable financial insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the preparation and consolidation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial MIS and management reports.
- Develop and maintain dashboards covering revenue, profitability, expenses, cash flow, working capital, and key business KPIs.
- Provide detailed analysis of actuals vs. budget vs. forecast, identify variances, and highlight key business drivers.
- Support the annual budgeting and forecasting process and track performance against approved budgets.
- Prepare management presentations and financial reports for senior leadership and business reviews.
- Analyse business performance and provide insights on revenue, margins, operating expenses, profitability, and cost optimization.
- Partner with business and functional teams to understand performance drivers and improve financial visibility.
- Develop financial models, business projections, scenario analysis, and decision-support reports.




- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs and establish effective MIS reporting mechanisms.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data and reports.
- Automate and improve existing MIS and reporting processes to enhance efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with Accounting, FP&A;, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and other functions to ensure data accuracy and reporting alignment.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities and ensure timely availability of financial information.
- Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reports to senior management as required.

Candidate Profile
- Chartered Accountant (CA) with 10+ years of relevant experience in Finance, FP&A;, Management Reporting, MIS, or Business Finance.
- Strong experience in financial reporting, MIS, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and financial planning.
- Excellent understanding of P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, working capital, and financial KPIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert financial data into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and experience with ERP/MIS tools; exposure to BI tools such as Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to senior management.
- Experience in a manufacturing, automotive, EV, or fast-growing organization would be preferred.
- Should be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and managing multiple reporting requirements with tight deadlines.
