Role Description The Finance & Accounts Executive will handle day-to-day financial operations, including recording and reconciling transactions, managing accounts payable and receivable, and maintaining accurate ledgers. The role involves preparing and reviewing invoices, monitoring collections, assisting with payroll inputs, and supporting monthly and annual closing activities. The Executive will also help prepare financial reports, coordinate with internal teams and external partners, and ensure compliance with healthcare-related financial and regulatory requirements.

This is a full time,



on-site role based in Hyderabad, requiring close collaboration with the diagnostics and administrative teams to support smooth financial functioning.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in basic accounting, bookkeeping, and general ledger maintenance.
- Candidates should possess skills in accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with financial reporting, budgeting support, and expense tracking.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in MS Excel and accounting or ERP software used in healthcare or diagnostics settings.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of healthcare billing, pricing, and insurance or TPA-related processes, with at least 1+ years of experience in the healthcare sector.
- Candidates should possess strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and the ability to work with confidential financial data.
- Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with clinical, administrative, and vendor stakeholders.
- Relevant academic qualification such as a bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred; additional certifications in finance or accounting are an advantage.
