Job Summary:

Responsible for leading and managing the field sales team, achieving sales targets, developing new customer leads, and expanding market coverage. The role involves team handling, daily field monitoring, customer follow-up, and ensuring achievement of individual and team sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, supervise, and motivate the field sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Allocate daily field areas and customer leads to the sales team.
- Monitor daily visits, enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, and conversions.
- Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, corporate contacts, institutions, and local marketing activities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Identify new markets, customer segments, and business opportunities.
- Conduct regular field visits along with team members and monitor their performance.
- Review daily/weekly sales performance and take corrective actions where required.
- Coordinate with showroom sales, finance, RTO, and other departments for smooth vehicle delivery.
- Ensure proper follow-up of pending enquiries, bookings, finance cases, and deliveries.




- Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to the management.
- Train and guide field sales executives on product knowledge, sales techniques, customer handling, and lead conversion.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer requirements.
- Organize and participate in promotional activities, roadshows, corporate visits, and local marketing campaigns.
- Ensure proper usage and updating of CRM/DMS and maintain accurate customer records.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and qualified conduct of the field sales team.

Qualification & Experience
- Any Degree / Diploma.
- 3–5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the automobile/two-wheeler industry.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in team handling or sales supervision preferred.
- Good knowledge of local market and customer network.
- Strong communication, negotiation, leadership, and team management skills.
- Two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
