We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, meeting clients, explaining products/services, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new leads through field visits, references, cold calling, and other sources.
- Visit potential and existing clients to understand their requirements.
- Explain company products/services and effectively communicate their benefits.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
- Follow up with leads and convert them into successful business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular updates of client meetings, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team for smooth execution of client requirements.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales activity reports and share updates with the reporting manager.
- Handle customer queries and ensure timely resolution in coordination with the relevant team.
Required Skills
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in field sales, business development, or a similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Comfortable with regular field visits and meeting clients.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
- Good follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Candidates with relevant sales experience and strong communication skills may also be considered.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
