Muthoot Finance is hiring Field Sales Officers LAP for Vijayawada, Nandigama, Guntur, Eluru, Locations.

This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for freshers looking to start their career in Sales and Financial Services. Prior LAP or financial-services sales experience is NOT required. Training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate LAP business through field visits, local market sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Identify and approach potential customers for Loan Against Property (LAP) products.
- Conduct customer visits and understand their loan requirements.
- Explain LAP product features, eligibility criteria and documentation requirements.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, connectors and local market contacts.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with internal teams for application processing, approval and disbursement.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan process.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve assigned sales and business targets while following company policies and compliance requirements.

- Candidates who have completed Intermediate, Graduation or Post Graduation can apply.
- Age: Up to 26 years.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work in a field sales role and interact with customers.
- Interest in sales, business development and customer acquisition.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
- Male candidates only.
