Company: Diamond Masala Location: Surat Experience: minimum 6 months in FMCG/food & beverages Sales Employment: Full-Time Diamond Masala is looking for a Field Sales Executive to manage and grow our Surat market.

Key Responsibilities: Manage existing distributors and maintain strong business relationships. Identify and appoint current distributors in assigned areas. Drive primary and secondary sales and achieve monthly targets.

Develop and expand the retailer network. Conduct regular market visits and ensure product availability. Monitor distributor stock, sales movement and market requirements. Track competitor activities, pricing and schemes.

Use the company-provided sales software for daily reporting, order entry, market visits and sales tracking. Share regular market updates and sales reports with management.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experience in FMCG/food/spices sales preferred. Good communication and negotiation skills. Strong distributor and retailer handling ability. Target-oriented and comfortable with field work. Basic knowledge of mobile apps/sales software. Must be willing to travel within Surat
